By logging the dates of solution use, test times, results, and comments, these charts ensure the maintenance of the required hydrogen peroxide concentration, which is crucial for infection control. The procedure involves pouring fresh solution, conducting periodic validation tests using appropriate test strips, and discarding the solution after 14 days, or earlier if visibly soiled or the test strip fails.
